Keego 36-Month Warranty
All Keego products are covered under our manufacturer’s 3-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.
Claims Process
All claims to this warranty must be made through Keego. and submitted to support@keegoblinds.com Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at support@keegoblinds.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Keego within 3 years of initial purchase.
Keego will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.
Shipping Damage Claims
In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact support@keegoblinds.com and provide us with photo or video proof.
NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.
Limitation of Damages
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, Keego shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when Keego has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
