The blinds work well. It only took 5 min to install and they go up and down very easily. Best part- no strings. We will probably buy more.
Shades are solidly built and roll smoothly. The tension rod holds shades in place fairly strongly - they shift a tiny bit and need to be pushed back up sometimes - not a problem because I can reach the top of my window easily but could be a problem if the top were closer to the ceiling. The little wrench doesn't work at all but I was able to tighten by hand.
After purchase, they reached out to confirm the correct sizing. They were excellent to work with and we are very pleased with the results.

Love these blinds!!! Great idea! They allow more light into my bathroom which I love ! Very good quality easy to install . I couldn’t think of any negatives!
