Custom shades usually arrive within 7 to 10 business days. This includes the time it takes to make and ship them. After your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number by email. Please note it may take up to 3 days for tracking to update.
What is the best time to make an inquiry for exchange or refund?
You can return or exchange an item if it’s the wrong size or has a defect. Custom-made shades can only be returned if there’s a problem with the material or how they were made. If anything is missing from your order, let us know immediately. All return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days.
