Order arrived with incorrect measurements based on what was ordered. Shades was a full inch short.
Contacted customer service and provided all the requested info. They responded and confirmed their mistake and said I was entitled to a refund or a replacement. I decided to go for the refund. Keego customer service has been ignoring me since with no response or updates. Absolutely horrible dishonest company. Don’t be fooled by their social media ads.
I ordered 2 60% light filtering zebra blinds for the living room. The smaller window was super easy to install, took 5 min. The larger window’s blinds measurements were off and it was too short! I had to use a sample tile and double tape to compensate the length. The end result still looks nice.
