Great customer service after ordering, validating the measurements with some additional questions. Product was much earlier than the expected delivery date. Very easy to install, great quality for a good price.

The shade is beautiful. Quality is great and easy to install. What impressed me more was the customer service of the company. They emailed me after I placed the order to make sure I had measured correctly and again walked me through the process. Very impressive! So much so that I ordered another shade for another room and again emailed me making sure I ordered correctly. I even expressed my concern about the length maybe being too long because the length I needed wasn’t an option and they asked me the length I did need and custom cut the shade. It’s out for delivery today and I’m so excited to get it and install it.
