Keego Alexa Motorized Roller Shades with Metal Valance

Exceptional product, shipping, and customer service.I was originally a bit skeptical about buying custom blinds on Amazon but was I wrong. Not only did Keego confirm my measurements and design before starting the making of my order, but was very responsive when I requested adjustments.When the blinds arrived they were extremely well packaged. Reinforcements on all corners. Padding throughout. No loose items.Installation couldn’t have been any easier. Only one feedback I have is to include guidance for where the brackets should be placed for extremely wide blinds like mine. The instructions assume a normal sized window that only needs two brackets. I was able to figure it out but it would be nice to have. Setting up the controller and smart features was a breeze and the controls and configurations are very straightforward.Already looking to get some for our next set of windows!!!

Highly recommend this product! I am not one to write reviews but feel like these shades deserve it. Started out with two tester shades and loved them so much I ended up buying four more! I definitely like the linen shade more as it looks more luxurious in my opinion! Either way, quality is amazing and installation was easy. The one slightly harder part was programming it to the remote and Alexa. However, we received huge help over video call as customer service took us through step by step of programming. Thank you Amy!!

I have a huge window that gets too much sun in the middle of the day, and I came across this remote control blind I could custom order. I made the measurements and it came much faster than estimated shipping. The installation items are minimal, and it was easy to install for the size we ordered. I'm so happy to have sun protection now, and still be able to enjoy the beautiful view any time using the remote control. The price was competitive for a very custom item. I really recommend anyone looking for a remote controlled blind to seriously consider this great product. Very easy to use!

The valance fit perfect and the shade goes up and down smoothly, i bought a 96" long for a bigger window and it came with metal 90 degree corners in the box so it would not get damaged in shipping, at first i thought they were used for hanging the valance but nope. The box was super long obviously and there was no damage or creases in the shade. Charging the motor is super easy but installing the clips was a bit wonky because they are spring loaded so the clips do not catch the valance perfectly. i had to use a small flathead screwdriver and pry the clips more onto the tops to hold it. The remote is responsive but it took a bit to figure out the programing part, i took a bit longer to set the up and down limits so i had to do it all over again. when setting the upper limit make sure to watch it because it will go into the valance and grind if your not careful. Overall i will be buying more for the other windows in my living room.I normally do not write reviews but this was a larger purchase in my opinion and i was super hesitant over buying this vs in a store (which was like 2x-3x more expensive for motors) so i wanted to give props to the manufacturer and say i'm happy with it and can't wait for the shades for the other windows to come in.

We bought a house with 33 windows. That means a lot of investment in window coverings. We worked with a local designer to add high-end wireless motorized blinds to the whole house. A name brand that looked terrific. It was expensive but we felt worth it. When we realized the blinds didn't get the rooms dark enough I started browsing Amazon for a solution and I found Keego motorized blackout shades. The site took me through exactly how to measure for shades that would mount outside the window frames (and over the blinds). They reviewed my plan and gave me great help on how to make it better. The motorized shades came quickly and were easy to install. They are covering high-end, designer made motorized blinds and they look every bit as good as the blinds and work as smoothly and reliably. What a find. If you want to have a designer look for your windows without the extreme expense and long wait I highly recommend Keego. The products are solid, reliable and beautiful and the customer support is world-class.
